Croatia

I am sitting here at my computer thinking where the heck do i even start about the trip to Croatia. The beach... maybe the food, but I mean on top of it all the people and the language! Just deciding I would start with the beautiful scenery!
Leaving early Saturday and still being exhausted from the flight I slept pretty much the whole way to Croatia so not seeing anything much! But when we arrived to the Boarder I was wide-awake! Already I could tell that this place was going to be amazing! It was so green and lush and then at same time seeing the ocean and that was my view from the apartment that I was staying at for the week! It was so unbelievably unreal! Then making it to the beach! Haha this was another just completely jaw dropping moment for me! The water was so clear that when I went out wading in the water 50 feet from shore I could still see the floor of the ocean! The water was so unmistakably clear and I absolutely loved it! Going to the beach everyday was so nice and I got so tan! The beach was rocks but it was still just unbearably beautiful!
Now the FOOD! Wow really it was sooo good! I really wasn’t feeling well the whole time I was there but still I ate and what I did eat was absolutely delicious! On the second night we ate at a restaurant where they pretty much serve a 2 people on 1 plate of food! There was so much! This place was a little farm and it was supper beautiful and it was a place that only locals knew about because it was so well hidden! The farm only served food that they had grown themselves, including their own meat! I had beef both times we went and it was seriously so good! It tasted like my dads prime rib and it made me so happy! Then we also when to a couple of really awesome seafood restaurants! Now while on this trip I realized something… I never had thought of myself as a picky person! But since I was sick and they really wanted me to eat food the last night they were talking to the waiter about what I wanted and what I didn’t want and I felt like the list was huge! L is the Farm blurry but you get the point!
Lastly the people and the language! First I would like to say that the European men have very good images of themselves because honestly when you are that old you really should net be wearing a speedo or “nut huggers” haha I mean I am just saying! Also if your butt does not fill it out… don’t wear it… please do society a favor and just put on some short shorts!!!!... Wow that felt good to get out of my system! Haha ok but anyways at almost every dinner we had we had with a group of people so I was hearing Croatian and German at least! Just listening to German now I can slowly pick it up what people are talking about!

Well I have done enough for now!
